The story

The LamPetit was designed by Bent Gantzel-Boysen and made in Denmark in the 1970s. Its trick is the base: a small transformer runs a 12-volt car bulb, so the head can stay tiny and cool while the two telescopic arms let it rise, tilt and fold flat.

This one still works on its original white cord and plug.
